Any ideas

37 weeks pregnant, high risk so I'll be having a c section. I don't completely remember everything from my first c section because it was ten years ago. I do know I never lost mucus plug, never dilated past a 2 (which is why I had c section). Having contractions every 2-4 minutes. Feel like I need to poop. Was in pre term labor at 31 weeks and again at 35 weeks where they admitted me for two days. I've been on meds to control contractions since 31 weeks and took my last dose Monday. Should I be worried? I have an appointment in the morning but my contractions are coming like clock work. Any suggestions?
