Naming a boy after my deceased father?

My father killed himself this past July. He was the best dad and was very honest to a fault. I want to honor him with naming a boy (if that is what we are having) after him. His name was Farrell Brent Mills and he went by Brent. We haven't come up with a first name just yet but these are the three options. My father was always upset because we won't be able to pass down my maiden/ our families last name. Which do you think is best?
