Ttc #1

So I was really hoping I would be pregnant this month so I could announce it for my parents at Christmas. I have been off the pill since March and my cycle is normally thirty days. I'm on day 41 and still no period. Took a test Saturday and today, and both are negative. Last month I went to the doctor because I didn't ever start and she put me on provera. Do I need to go again? Here is my test from tonight.
