Braxton hicks??

Am I the only one at 30 weeks who has yet to really know if I've had any BH? I've had some tightness but from what I've read them described as I'm not so sure I've had any. What are they like and when I have one will I just know?? Anyone else?

I'm 33+5 and have yet to have any. Doctor said I should be having them but I haven't yet..

My stomach hardens and it's hard to breathe for the duration of the bh. Usually 30 seconds.

This is my second pregnancy and I never experienced them with my first. This time, around 25wks oh boy did I know what they were!! Lol my dr said its not uncommon to not exp them with your first preg bc your body is still learning/figuring it out

I had them pretty early. And all I can say is they freaking suck. I had shooting pains on my sides and my back cramped. It was horrible. Lol only lasted a couple minutes. And from what I was told and read, my bh were not that bad compared to others.

Mine feel like my belly just gets squeezed around the middle... like I put on too tight of pants over my bump.
