AF question.

I am supposed to start my AF in 10 days but, I am having all of the symptoms of AF. Back hurting, craving sweets (only happens right before/during AF) and sleepiness. My husband and I only BDed 4 times this month (because my job is asking more of me recently so I've been really tired). I'm trying to figure out why I'm having all the symptoms of my AF but, I'm not due for another 10 days or so.
