TTC One Ovary And Tube!!

I'm trying to conceive with one ovary and tube. I had my right ovary and tube removed due to an ovarian cyst that turned. I'm am now TTC for the first time after surgery! Will I get pregnant as easy? My AF is very regular. Any advice or support is welcome!
