HELP!! :(

I am so scared!!!! I have a very large suspicion that I am pregnant however won't test until I've miss AF (due in 3 days) I was checking my CM with my finger and went a tiny bit further than usual and now my left side won't stop cramping!!! :( I'm worried I could have poked something to interrupt any possible pregnancy.... Am I being stupid? I need peace of mind because I feel terrible!!!!
