When to count days post ovulation?

Hi all

When working out how many 'dpo' you are, do you count from the first day of your fertile period, or the last day?

First day after ovulation would be day 1. It's days past/post ovulation, which means you don't count the day of. And ovulation day is the second to last day of your fertile time. The day before ovulation is the highest percentage fertile day. But i wouldn't assume glow is correct unless you're logging tests and/or bbt.

I think it's past the most fertile day in your fertile window usually about day 5 xx
