SO finally said he wants to have a baby

So my boyfriend has always said "if I have a kid" he would never say "we". The other day he was talking about this great job opportunity that would make him leave 2 weeks at a time. He said he would want to get pregnant before he left because he knew he would be able to support us. He's never said anything like this, I feel like he's finally thinking of the future and he sees me in it. I'm pretty excited I hope he gets this job. All I want is my man and a beautiful baby together. Only problem is I have PCOS and I'm overweight. I wish we could start now because I have a feeling it'll take a while, but he hasn't even gotten the job. Sorry I just have no one to talk to and need somewhere to just share my thoughts.
