Popping joints
Every day, I have to pop my joints or they become sore. I pop my back by lying down on my hardwood floor. I also do my toes, arch of my feet, left ankle, knees, left hip, left wrist, fingers, and neck. Do I require a chiropractor, or does it just feel good to pop?
