Help!! Second hand smoke!!!

My mother Inlaw smokes cigarettes on the way to work every morning and every night on our way home from work. I'm 25 1/2 weeks pregnant and she just don't care she has the windows open in the car but it still gives me a headache and I'm get chest pains now  😕 I hate going to my regular primary doc he doesn't do anything. I'm just over it ! Just praying she stops smoking and my health with be fine.
