Hi everyone. My husband and I are TTC #1! My husband and I had sex multiple times during my peak and now it's time for the two week wait! I am scared that it won't implant and I'll lose it before implantation...is there anything I can do lifestyle wise to try to ensure that implantation occurs? My mom said not to work out too hard because that can effect implantation, along with drinking...does anyone have any advice!?! Thanks!
