Pain???

Anyone else having pain in hips or lower back?  My right side is hurting so much i called off work today 😕

Ok I'm gonna sound like a typical "mother" here, but if it's lower back and to the right it may be kidneys. I was advised to drink cranberry juice and plenty of water. And some water with fresh lemon. Things that have helped me with my back and sides in general is sleeping in a recliner for just one night. That seemed to help me a whole bunch. Also some pain could be explained by constipation or even riding in the car for too long of time without getting out and walking. Hope something helps. Good luck!

You have to remember each of us is different. So your pain may be normal for you. However I have been in pain since last week. Hips, back, sides, and even my upper legs oddly. I'm just sore everywhere.
