I'm 18weeks 3 days and I've gained 8lbs already so I'm a little worried and stressed

I think your on track. Your supposed to gain 2-5 lbs in the first trimester and on average 1 lb. per week after that. 
It's less important how much you gain than what your weight was pre-pregnancy. If you were at a healthy weight before, try not to stress to much over each pound you gain while pregnant.
I've gained 8 lbs. and I'm only 16 weeks 5 days, so your doing better than me! 😉

At 20 weeks I had gained 10 lbs. not gonna lie it freaks me out! I've been trying to do more walking and watch what I eat a little more! Doctor is fine with it though.
