Period after forgotten pill?

Hi girls, I have a question.

Basically I forgot to take my pill on monday (always take it at 3 p.m.). I was studying for a test and I guess I just ignored my alarm. On tuesday morning I suddenly remembered, and I took it at 10 a.m., so I was less than 24 hours late. I followed the directions on the pack (I'm on yaz) and took my tuesday pill at 3 p.m. as usual. I haven't skipped any other pills since, but I started spotting lightly on tuesday evening and yesterday I started bleeding. Right now it looks as if I was on my period, and I'm cramping a bit, which is unusual.

Of course I know that this is caused by the fact that I took 2 pills only 5 hours apart, but I didn't think I'd still be having side effects after 2 days. Has this happened to anyone? Should I be worried?
