Starting back clean eating
So I lost close to 100 lbs from Nov 2012 to Jan 2015. I went from 358 in Nov 2012 to 333 Feb 2013 just by cutting out fast food. Then I started clean eating and was around 296 by April 2014. It's now Nov 2015 and I'm 260 lbs. I've lost the last little bit by cutting portions significantly.
I've decided I want to lose another 60 lbs. I'll be starting clean eating again in the next month.
