Should or did anyone have an Amniocentesis?

I don't want to have a Amniocentesis. But what is everyone's opinion about this procedure?

I wouldn't do it! It poses a risk for miscarriage and I don't think its to accurate.

Amnios are extremely safe now, but I wouldn't get one for no reason. We had cell-free fetal DNA testing done and it came back very low risk. If we had opted for the regular screening, I probably would've followed up with an amnio because I don't they're accurate enough for me to be comfortable with the results. I don't feel the need to now j less the anatomy scan in a few weeks reveals any concerns.

I had the genetic blood test and that was a low risk result. I think I'd only do the more invasive tests if I was higher risk.
