I say girl! Boy parts would be much bigger at this point and your scan looks similar to mine. I'm having a little girl too and couldn't believe it at first. Congrats mama!

I'd say girl, too! I was the same way- I didn't want to believe it, just in case it was a boy. But mine looked almost identical to this at 20wk. 
I just had an US earlier this week and you could very clearly see lips and no penis. 😊
