Boyfriend sleeping over??

So I am 15 and would like my boyfriend to stay the night. Don't worry we're not going to have sex or anything but I think it would be really nice because it's like he's one of my best friends. However, my parents don't trust us. How do I convince my parents to let him stay the night??
