Breakfast ideas for pregnant type ones?
Help me out ladies! I'm a type one and about 9 weeks pregnant with my first. I've had type one diabetes since i was 11, now I'm 24. I've been having a hard time with my am blood sugars and can't seem to find any good breakfast options that will actually stay down. I tried toast with pb (recommended by my high risk team) and that barely stays down on the drive to work if I'm lucky. Today i made a smoothie with half a banana and soy milk with water and almonds. I thought it would stay down but it didn't. Can anyone recommend anything? I'm so stressed over these ups and downs and need to be running steady as soon as possible 😥
