What are the reasons for a miscarriage? If the mother is perfectly healthy, what can trigger one???

That's the same question i made myself last year. Dr. Said it's about the chromosomes, you might be healthy but it counts the dad's too. Make sure you both are eating healthy and being healthy. I'm truly sorry. Keep praying and trust the Lord, miracles happen. Relax bc stress is harmful for you. My prayers for you.

Low progesterone or there is something wrong with the baby so it's fate. It sucks but it happens

Low progesterone 
Your body can actually absorb the baby
Could be belighted ovum (no baby just gestation sac) 
Chemical- the babys heart didn't from on time or couldn't beat and so the body let the baby go 
There are so many posibilities and you can't prevent them at all.
It really sucks

The baby just didn't develop correctly and it was not due to anything the mother did. It just happens.
