Ovulation question

Stephanie • First born arrived 4-9-17. It's a girl💗Baby boy arrived 9-8-18💙
I'm on cycle day 7 still having some spotting from period. Decided to start testing my ovulation today to detect my surge. Does this look invalid? I've never had a surge this early.
