Working out while pregnant
Hey ladies! This is my first post (yay :) ) but I wanted to know if any of y'all are working out wile pregnant. I'm 5 weeks 2 days & im continuing my workout regimene as I did pre-pregnancy. Which entitles 2 weight training classes with my personal trainer & 2/3 bootcamps a week. All classes are 1 hour long so I work out about an hour 5 days a week. My trainer says that it's completely fine, as long as there's no complications during my pregnancy, & actually says its extremely healthy for me to be working out for baby, but I wanna know if anyone else is working out too... Thankssss!
