Pregnant!

Kashia • Thu, Nov 19 • 24 yo mother of 3 looking to conceive her 4th. Our other children came naturally, now we`re actually trying to conceive and no luck. We been trying for 8 months now.

How do I log that I'm pregnant or conceived on here I clicked I missed my period and I put took a test and clicked pregnant but it still hasn't done anything
