Opk test

Can someone explain, please?

I had an mc on 10/15, and was told to wait till my next cycle to ttc. Well, I had what I thought was a period 11/7-11/10. It was very heavy the first day and then basically nothing. So, glow is saying that Ive been in my fertile window for a week now, but not even a faint line is showing on my opks.

Any ideas what's going on? Thank you!
