Has anyone taken vitex and had any success? If so, what dose did you take and for how long? Finding lots of differing recommendations online and would like to hear first hand experience. We've been TTC for 19 months. Used conceive plus for 6 months and preseed last cycle. We've also both had complete workups with everything normal and I am 2 months post HSG. Any other recommendations welcome!
