Couvade Syndrome

So last night my boyfriend got up at midnight to throw up, he said he felt nauseous and all sorts of things. We both had the same thing for dinner so I doubt it could have been something he ate. I know that sometimes dads to be get pregnancy symptoms however I took a test in sept and oct they both came out negative. I also have been having my period(yes I am aware you can still get your period even if you are) I'm thinking about taking another one but I don't want to be disappointed ☹
