Cervical Mucus no pic!

So I've seen and heard lots of things around this...I'm 6dpo and haven't seen any CM in my underwear yet when I insert a finger (tmi I know) there is a white creamy sticky CM...I've read that you can either have discharge or none at all post conception/ovulation and at the moment I'm playing the waiting game, have very sore breasts and twinges in my uterus since Monday, no bleeding etc...has anyone else read anything like this? If I haven't seen much if anything in my underwear does it mean I haven't conceived? I am going to wait until AF doesn't appear to take a test but would like to know anything you ladies might have heard if anything different?
