Well I was not a big smoker a pack would last me 3 to 4 days but I have been trying to conceive for a year & I dont know if it is a factor in the reason I havent but as of monday 11/16 I said I quit & I havent picked up one since. My partner is a smoker so cigs are available but I have still been able to be strong & not smoke. Maybe he will join me soon. Im not sure if this will help me have a baby but its worth it besides they are not good for me period & they stink so wish me luck. 😊
