Pain management options for labor/birth
Aside from the epidural, my OBGYN also mentioned these two options to handle pain:
Pudendal block
Nuvare up to 7cm, an IV pain med
Anyone have experience with these two options? I'd like to hear experiences, good and bad, and whether you went on to get the epidural or if they were enough. Thanks!
