opk test, or your bbt chart?" /> I just noticed that glow has me only 3dpo, which seems like it's going by my bbt chart. I got my only positives (2) opk the day before the huge spike in my temp. Either way it's only 1 day, I would still like to be sure though. Thanks!!!

It's good to use opk to predict ovulation before and then confirm using bbt.
