Fibroids and pregnancy
Anyone else here that found out after their first ultrasound that they had fibroids near their uterus?
I found out last night that I have two major fibroids (one about the size of a grapefruit and the second one the size of a small cantaloupe )
They have never caused me any problems before, but now I think their pushing against my uterus causing me a lot of pain in the lower abdomen. Tylenols are not really helping and neither does heat.... I have an appointment with a gynaecologist next week, to make sure that this is not going to affect the pregnancy (my doctor doesn't think so) but now I'm just trying to find a way to relieve the pain... Oh and I'm currently 14 weeks and 2 days...
