Probably TMI dry nipples?

Sorry this is prob tmi but I noticed while prepping for a relaxing bath that my left nipple was dry and peeling!!

Anybody else have this? I'm a first time mom and have never experienced this in my life so wondering if it happens during pregnancy?

Me too. Try lanolin, especially if you'll be BF. That's one of the few safe things to use when the little ones are feeding.

I've had that issue as well. Nipple butter is amazing! It feels weird but it helps. Just using it 4 days in a row it cleared right up.

This is my 1st and I'm experiencing this as well.  I've seemed to dealt with it by adding my nipples to my daily lotion routine.

Mine are too, it happened with my first as well. I think maybe it's because they're so sensitive now that my bra or top is irritating  them? Try dabbing a little coconut oil on them.

I'm 18 weeks and I just noticed dry peelings around my nipples too. I'm not a FTM but I don't remember that happening with my first. It isn't itchy, but it is definitely dry. I saw mix some hydrocortisone with a small about of Vaseline to prevent itching and dryness.

I'm 19 weeks and a first time mom, too. My nips are itchy and dry and they crack sometimes (sorry tmi lol). I have been using coconut oil and cocoa butter and it has lessened. Both VERY helpful!

Yes! They are itchy too! Its making me insane!

Been having this issue for a few weeks now. Apparently it's quite common! I used Earth Mama Baby Angel Nipple Butter at night before bed, and it helps tremendously. That stuff is great as a lip balm & for healing rashes too!
