Please help with Uterus measurement?!?!?

So I'm 11w3d today with twins. When I went to the doc today, my uterus measured at 15cm. Does this mean I'm 15 weeks?

No it means there are two babies so your uterus is bigger silly!(: most twin bellies should measure 4-10 cm bigger then a single uterus would
