So heartbroken

I found out on November 17th at 13 weeks 3 days my baby didn't have a heartbeat, and on the 18th I had a D&C. It had just happened that night/early morning. I've been so depressed and stressed out. I only bled about 6-7 hours after the D&C and haven't had any more bleeding or spotting. I just want my baby! I also wanna try again before my next cycle. For those of you who did get pregnant before your next cycle, when did you have sex? Did you wait 1 week, 2 weeks, or more? I feel so empty not being pregnant, and my O.B said I didn't have to wait for my next cycle, she just didn't tell me when I could try again.
