Anyone feel the same and end up getting a bfp?

I am about 9-10dpo at 6-7dpo I woke up to cramps that were not as painful as af but enough to wake me up. Since than I have had on and off cramping. Today not so much but along with the cramping I was feeling everyday I have boobs that are sore on and off, still this day. As of the moment I feel perfectly fine no cramps boobs not so bad if I push on them I feel some soreness. Anyway it changes like every hour. I took a hpt and got a bfn and was wondering if anyone was in a similar situation and end up getting a bfp.
