My nausea seems to have gone away, im still fatigued, but my newest symptom is i can not eat. My stomach aches and i.know im hungry and i feel starving but i have no interest in eating what so ever and when i do eat i can only eat a small amount before feeling so stuffed that i cant take anymore. Anyone else like this? Like i know in my head i need to eat and i feel like starved but when i look at the food i just cant bring myself to eat it. Idk why
