Hsg showed open tubes!

So Been ttc over year. Obgyn did ultrasound and said I have hydrosalpinx. And wanted to jump to surgery to remove tube because of it being full of fluid. (So she said) went to fertility specialist doing all testing. So had bloodwork etc, still swollen looking tube. Hsg showed normal and clear? Now what ?follow up is next week!  I'm happy tubes are clear!!!! Advice?! What next? Fertility treatment? I'm hoping NO surgery since open tubes.
