When does bloating become bump?

B • Fri, Nov 20 • 30yrs old. 1 past miscarriage at 9weeks, one 3yr old toddler, currently pregnant hopefully with baby #2

I feel like my bump is smaller now, but it stays the same size morning or night. I'm 12w, was my bloating just bigger then my bump? I've also lost 6lbs this month due to nausea, so I don't know
