No grains, no sugar pescatarian (eating fish 1 ish times a month)

I was pescetarian for awhile but stopped bc of financial reasons (hey if people give me free food i wasn't gonna complain of the content). honestly I never liked meat much but LOVE fish I don't think I could ever give up salmon. but now I must eat meat for health reasons.
