Extreme Bloating!!?

Has anyone had extreme bloating?! 
I am so bloated I look pregnant!
My stomach is upset feeling and tender! 
I also am so consipated! 
Is there anything I can do to help the bloating?

I have been drinking nothing but water and eating like I normally do and I have been bloated and my stomach upset for a week straight. I'm not even close to my period and I woke with my stomach cramping.

I find drinking more water and trying to eat a little better, and smaller meals is all that helps. Perhaps try a good probiotic?
