Okay ladies (and gents I should add) first time having sex after a baby.. How does it feel? Is it any different than before.? Women is it painful? Men is it "loose"? Advice? Tips? I'm dreading having sex now that I have given birth naturally. I'm terrified i won't be able to please my SO or not be able to enjoy the experience myself.. I'm scared of pain. Is this a normal feeling for you ladies? Should I be this worried 😬
