Pregnancy dream come true?

Have you ever had a dream about being pregnant and it ended up being almost like a first sign? I'm about 6 or 7 dpo and about 1 week and a half ago I had a dream I had a baby and then a few nights ago I had a dream I could feel the baby moving and see some of the movement on the outside. I've also had cramps today and my period isn't due for around 8 or 9 more days. Just curious if anyone ever had one and it came true.
