Question about cervical mucus...

Is it normal to lose part of the mucus plug mid pregnancy? What is a normal amount to lose. I've been feeling like a yeast infection is about to come on for a few days and then today I've had discharge. My SO and I have not had sex since Tuesday. I'm freaking out a bit and just need advice. Sorry if pic is TMI, just to give an idea of what I'm dealing with....
