2weeks pregnant - got period!

Hi everyone!

I am positive that im expecting... I did the test after two weeks and got positive... Had a very stressful day at work, then i had extreme stomach ache then i woke up next day and i had my period - and its heavy... Its like my regular 4-day period cycle.

Does this mean i had a miscarriage or not - as its only 2 weeks and too early to confirm conception?

Is it supposed to continue in conception if i hadnt been stressed and tired before date? Or it cant be a conception rather than simply just i had i delayed period...

Can anyone please give advise. I am already 32y/o, and two years married and trying to have a baby... 😞
