After losing my mucus plug Monday November 16th I bounced on the yoga ball for a little bit, went to lay down and my water broke. Due to group b strep I had to go to the hospital right away. After 12 hours of my labor not progressing they gave me medication to progress. 3 hours into it I was having contractions every 2 -3 minutes but was only 3 cm and they were extremely painful so I got the epidural. I still wasn't progressing so they gave me pitocin and after a few hours they checked me and I was 10 cm! I pushed for 45 min and my beautiful boy was born 8 days early. 7 lb 6 oz, 20.25 inches long
