So on top of AF and pregnancy having the same set of symptoms, ladies can add one more. Apparently ovarian cancer has very similar, and some the same, symptoms as being pregnant and AF coming. I read an article on Facebook with five common symptoms to look for for OC. Now I'm worried about that!
