Breastfeeding while pregnant?

Is anyone else breastfeeding and pregnant? I'm still bf my 12 month old daughter and also 5 weeks pregnant... My nipples KILL when she feeds!! Anyway I can help it not hurt so much?? D:

I nursed my first daughter through my pregnancy with #2 until I was about 4 months along and then it made my nipples extremely sore. I wish I'd have have used Lanolin. I'm assuming it'd work since that's what they recommend to use while nursing to relieve your nipples. Good luck!

I haven't found anyway to make them stop hurting. They got to the point (before I got pregnant again) where they were practically numbed but now I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant and still bf my 14 month old daughter and it's killing me I absolutely cannot stand to breastfeed anymore and I used to love it :( so I'm going to try and start weening her..... But she's so attached it makes me feel so bad because I don't want her to think she's done something wrong and wondering why mommy won't give her no more milks :( as she won't drink cows milk. Sad but a tough decision to stop.
