Baby shower tomorrow

So my shower is tomorrow and about 15 people rsvpd no, which is fine. It's the week before thanksgiving and I know a lot is happening this time of year. I looked at my registry last night because I was curious..... I've gotten some nice things but a little worried that I had over 100 items on there and maybe 10 have been purchased and I've gotten some of those items in the mail already from people that can't attend. I'm not being ungrateful and obviously I don't know what any gifts are until tomorrow when I open everything. Did anyone else have this happen to them? What if I don't get the things I truly need off my registry? Baby stuff is so expensive, especially when you weren't planning on getting pregnant.
