I have been off of the depo shot for 3 years and I believe I was on it for 3, my and my SO are having difficulty concieving. I know it should be out of my system by now But I'm not sure what else I can do to keep trying other than going to the dr (no insurance right now). I'm a little scared of what the outcome could be but I'm trying to stay optimistic.Could really use some advice or encouragement.
